Best Car Raffles is an independent UK-based review and comparison website dedicated to helping competition enthusiasts make informed decisions. We were founded by a team of experienced compers who had spent years entering prize draws, car raffles, and online giveaways — and grew frustrated with the lack of transparent, unbiased information available.
Our mission is simple: to give you the honest data you need to choose the right competitions, understand your real odds of winning, and avoid unreliable operators. Every review, score, and recommendation on this site is based on our own independent research and first-hand experience.

Our editorial team has collectively entered hundreds of competitions across every major UK platform over several years. How We Score: The BCR Methodology
Our BCR Score is a weighted rating out of 5, calculated independently for each competition site. It is based on five key criteria:
- Prize Value — The quality and desirability of prizes on offer.
- Odds Transparency — Whether the site publishes maximum entry limits and allows entrants to calculate their real chances.
- Ease of Entry — How straightforward it is to enter, from registration through to ticket purchase.
- Free Entry Route — Whether a genuine no-purchase-necessary route is available and clearly signposted.
- Trustworthiness — Verified winner records, Trustpilot ratings, company registration details, and overall reputation.
Each criterion is scored and weighted to produce a single composite BCR Score. No competition site can pay to appear on our leaderboard or influence their score in any way. Our ratings are 100% independent.
Editorial Independence
Best Car Raffles has no paid relationships with any of the competition sites we review. We do not accept payment for listings, reviews, or higher scores. Our revenue comes from advertising displayed on the site, which is clearly separated from our editorial content. The presence of an advertisement does not influence our reviews or BCR Scores.
